 Shipping Policy

Next Day Delivery in UAE

We offer next-day delivery within the United Arab Emirates. Three delivery attempts will be made for each shipment. If these attempts fail due to the consignee’s unavailability or rejection of the order, a full delivery charge will apply as a Return To Origin (RTO) charge.

Delivery Charges and Payment

1. **Credit Card on Delivery:** When applicable, a credit card on delivery charge of 3% of the total order value will be added to local UAE deliveries.

2. **Reverse Pick-Up:** Shipment collection (reverse pick-up) will incur the same charges as the initial delivery.

International and Regional Courier

1. **Delivery Attempts:** For international and regional shipments, up to two delivery attempts will be made. Any additional delivery attempts requested by the client will be charged an extra fee of 13 AED per attempt.

2. **Kuwait Shipments:** A stamp fee of 1.0 KWD will be added to shipments destined for Kuwait.

3. **Insurance:** The client is responsible for obtaining their own insurance. The courier’s liability is limited to a maximum of $100 USD of the shipment’s invoice value.

4. **Delivery Time:** International courier services to GCC countries can take between 2-4 days.
